01 / Agreement and the business

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to TikTok Creator Club (the “Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by WRTK LLC, doing business as TikTok Creator Club, at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #27985, Miami, FL 33137, United States.

By purchasing an offer, creating an account, or using our websites, courses, community, group coaching, or related services (collectively the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If an individual offer or checkout sets out specific pricing, duration, or deliverables, those disclosures form part of your agreement and control to the extent they are more specific.

02 / Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly update information needed for billing or service delivery. Accounts are personal: you must not sell, share, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your login.

We may take reasonable measures to verify ownership, eligibility, or suspicious activity. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

03 / Programs and access

We offer different tiers, including subscriptions, introductory trials, one-time purchases and higher-touch programs. Features, duration, coaching frequency, content availability and fees are defined on the relevant sales and checkout pages. The Founding Membership includes member community access, one live group coaching session per week, and a foundational training video library while the membership remains active. We may reasonably update instructors, lesson order, content, and session scheduling while maintaining the material benefits promised for the purchased offer.

Group coaching is not individualized financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Session times may change with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee that any particular instructor will be available indefinitely.

04 / Pricing, trials and recurring billing

Prices, taxes where applicable, currency, any trial duration, renewal period, recurring charge, and billing dates are displayed at checkout. We use Kajabi Payments and PayPal, which may process payments through their respective providers. By placing an order, you authorize the charges and payment schedule disclosed for your chosen offer.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. An offer with a free trial will begin paid billing when the disclosed trial ends unless cancelled before then. We do not promise a free trial on every offer. Payment details may be stored by our payment processors to fulfill future authorized charges. You are responsible for checking the exact offer summary before purchase.

05 / Fixed-term payment plans

An installment or payment plan is a commitment to pay the full agreed purchase price in the number and timing of installments stated at checkout. It is different from a cancellable month-to-month subscription. Stopping participation, losing access because of a material breach, or cancelling an unrelated subscription does not by itself erase installments already agreed.

If an eligible refund under our Refund Policy is approved, we return 90% of the qualifying amount actually paid, and we cancel unpaid future installments for that refunded offer, except to the extent applicable law requires a different remedy. We may contact you about unsuccessful installments and use lawful collection methods after giving any notice required by law.

06 / Cancellation and loss of access

You can request cancellation of a recurring subscription at any time by emailing support@tiktokcreatorclub.com. We will honor other legally required cancellation methods. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, not charges already due for the current period, and your access continues until the end of the paid subscription period. Access to subscription materials and community areas ends at expiration. We may also terminate access after an eligible refund is approved.

We encourage members to give themselves time to learn and implement the training. That encouragement never limits a statutory cancellation right or your right to discontinue a recurring subscription.

07 / Seven-day refund guarantee

We offer a voluntary 7-calendar-day, 90% money-back guarantee on initial purchases of every offer type, including subscriptions, one-time purchases and installment-based programs. To qualify under this voluntary guarantee, contact support within seven days after the first successful charge for the applicable new offer, sign in, complete available onboarding steps, begin the training, and make a genuine effort to work with our team to resolve concerns. A timely request remains timely while our team reviews or addresses it.

Approved qualifying refunds return 90% of amounts collected for that offer; 10% is retained to help offset payment processing and onboarding costs. For eligible installment plans, we also waive remaining unpaid installments for that refunded offer. See the full Refund Policy, which explains the procedure, limitations and mandatory rights. These commercial rules never reduce consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08 / Educational results and independence

The Services provide training, coaching and community support, not guaranteed income. Affiliate approval, commissions, reach, algorithm exposure, sales and business outcomes vary, and may depend on effort, skill, niche, demand, location, platform rules, costs and other factors beyond our control. Examples of successful members are not promises or typical-results statements. You are responsible for independent decisions, taxes, disclosures to your audience and applicable advertising/affiliate rules.

TikTok Creator Club is an independent educational community and is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok and other referenced third-party marks belong to their owners. Access to third-party programs, tools and platforms is governed by those providers' terms and may change without our control.

09 / Community conduct

Members must communicate respectfully and lawfully. We prohibit harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, impersonation, deceptive earnings claims, unsolicited commercial pitching, account sharing, scraping or distributing member information, intellectual-property infringement, redistribution of paid materials and instructions or content facilitating unlawful activity.

We may moderate or remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, using reasonable judgment. A termination for breach does not automatically entitle a member to a discretionary refund, but we will honor any non-waivable legal remedies.

10 / Intellectual property and member content

Our training, curricula, video libraries, live-session replays, designs, trademarks, templates and materials are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials for your own learning while you have active access. It does not grant a right to resell, publish, record, copy at scale, sublicense or redistribute the materials.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, display, moderate, reproduce, store and technically process your contributions as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the member community. This operational licence is not a blanket grant to use your identity or likeness in public advertising. Any broader promotional usage will be addressed separately where appropriate and subject to applicable consent and privacy law.

11 / Live coaching and recordings

Group coaching sessions may be recorded, including participant questions, names, voices, camera feeds and chat contributions. We use recordings for program delivery, replay access, training administration, moderation and quality. Participants should avoid disclosing sensitive or confidential information in group settings. We will provide notice of recording and obtain consent where required by law.

We may request permission to use a member's story or likeness in marketing. Members may send privacy or promotional-content removal requests to support@tiktokcreatorclub.com. Our Privacy Policy explains processing and relevant rights. Private coaching records and support correspondence are not automatically public marketing material.

12 / Third-party services and availability

Our Services rely on technology and integrations, including Kajabi, payment processors, analytics providers, social platforms and communications tools. We aim to keep the Services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access, or availability of independent third-party services. Planned or necessary maintenance, outages, platform changes and events beyond reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

13 / Disclaimers and limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, educational materials are provided without a guarantee of any particular commercial result. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses (including expected income or lost opportunities) arising from use of the Services, except where law prohibits this exclusion.

To the extent enforceable, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of an applicable paid offer is limited to the amount you actually paid for that offer during the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, or rights and remedies that applicable consumer law protects.

14 / Governing law and disputes

Before bringing a claim, please contact support@tiktokcreatorclub.com so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules, these Terms are governed by Florida law and disputes are to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This clause does not deprive consumers outside Florida of protections or courts they are entitled to under non-waivable local law.

15 / Changes, severability and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated when required, and will not retroactively alter the price or core paid-for terms of an existing purchase without a lawful basis. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
