01 / Who controls your information

This Privacy Policy explains how WRTK LLC, doing business as TikTok Creator Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information through our websites, Kajabi membership experiences, coaching, courses, payments and marketing.

02 / Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and account details: name, email, phone number, age/eligibility representations, login and membership preferences.
• Purchases and payment records: offer, tier, transaction amounts, renewal information, invoices, payment status, limited billing details and dispute/refund history. Complete payment-card credentials are handled by our payment processors, not stored directly by us.
• Participation: lessons viewed, progress, attendance, coaching registrations, session recordings and chat, support messages, community posts and member interactions.
• Higher-tier coaching details: social media accounts and handles, voluntarily shared revenue/earnings information, business data, goals and creator strategies.
• Technical and marketing information: IP address, device/browser identifiers, referral source, cookies, analytics events, clicks, page views and advertising attribution where permitted.
• Marketing preferences: newsletter/SMS choices, opt-in records, unsubscribe and privacy choices.

03 / How and why we use it

We use information to provide and secure the Services, create accounts, process purchases, organize coaching, send essential notices, respond to support requests, detect abuse, maintain records, improve course content and measure performance. With appropriate permission or another lawful basis, we also send offers and marketing, personalize content, and measure or deliver advertising.

Where laws such as the UK/EU GDPR apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract (membership, payment and support), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement after balancing interests), legal obligations (tax/accounting/compliance), and consent (certain marketing, non-essential cookies and recorded/promotional use where required). You can withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully performed.

04 / Community participation and coaching recordings

Community posts, profile details and participation visible to other members may be read or saved by other members. Please do not post sensitive personal information you would not want others in your group to see. Live coaching sessions may be recorded to provide replays, improve instruction, moderate group sessions and deliver the program. Where required, we provide notice and obtain permission before recording.

We may ask members to participate in stories or testimonials. We do not treat acceptance of this Privacy Policy as an unrestricted consent to advertise using your likeness. Private one-to-one coaching conversations, support requests and private earnings/business submissions are not automatically public marketing material. For removal requests relating to promotional use that is under our control, email support; we aim to remove qualifying materials within seven business days of verifying the request, or sooner if law requires.

05 / Service providers and disclosures

We use technology and business providers to operate the Club, such as Kajabi (website, courses, community and messaging), Kajabi Payments and PayPal (checkout/payment services), IT/security and customer-support partners, meeting/video providers, email/SMS services and professional advisers. Such parties process information for their functions, under their own obligations and applicable agreements.

We do not sell or give identifiable customer contact lists to unrelated companies for their own email or SMS marketing. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction subject to applicable obligations.

06 / Cookies, pixels and targeted advertising

We use or may use analytics and advertising technology including Google Analytics/Google Ads, Meta Pixel or Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel, as well as Kajabi analytics and browser storage. These tools can collect device or browsing events and associate them with an advertising account, depending on configuration and your permissions. For some privacy laws, disclosure through advertising pixels may be classified as a “sale” or “sharing” even if no money or customer list changes hands.

Where applicable, non-essential tracking and advertising technologies should operate only after required consent. Our site must provide a functioning mechanism for cookie choices and applicable advertising opt-outs; this policy alone does not provide that mechanism. You may also adjust browser settings and privacy controls. We honor legally required opt-outs and recognized browser signals to the extent applicable.

07 / Email and SMS communications

We send transaction receipts, security messages, account or coaching notices, support responses and other messages necessary to perform the Services. We also send marketing emails and, if you have separately opted in where required, marketing SMS. You may unsubscribe from promotional email links, reply STOP to eligible marketing texts, or contact support. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop essential operational or legal notices.

08 / International data transfers

We operate from the United States and use providers that may process data in other countries. If European, UK or other transfer restrictions apply, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as applicable contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer basis, where needed. Laws and protections in destination countries may differ from your own.

09 / Retention and security

We retain data only as reasonably needed to deliver services, honor requests, resolve disputes, meet accounting/tax requirements, prevent fraud and defend legal claims. Relevant transaction and accounting records may be kept for up to seven years or longer if a legal obligation or dispute requires it. Community, coaching and marketing records have retention periods based on their purpose; they are not necessarily held for the same period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10 / Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain targeted advertising or statutory “sale/sharing” activities. We will also consider rights to appeal decisions and to lodge complaints with a regulator where applicable.

To exercise a right, email support@tiktokcreatorclub.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where law permits or requires. We respond within the applicable statutory deadline and do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

11 / Children and third-party sites

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide membership to minors; contact us if you believe a minor's personal information has been collected. Links to TikTok, payment providers or other websites are governed by those parties' privacy practices, which we do not control.

12 / Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as our practices, laws and Services change. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice if law requires it.
